F5 BIG-IP Next for Kubernetes Software Installation

This section is organized sequentially, with each document representing a step in the integration process for the BIG-IP Next for Kubernetes on the NVIDIA BlueField-3 DPU. This process relies on the F5 Lifecycle Operator to install each BIG-IP Next for Kubernetes software component. The F5 Lifecycle Operator applies CNEInstance CR.

This document provides a brief description of each integration step, along with the command-line interface (CLI) tools required to perform the tasks.

To successfully configure BIG-IP Next for Kubernetes on a platform equipped with the NVIDIA BlueField-3 DPU, follow these steps:

Note

FLO will not reconcile when certain parameters such as ‘NodeSelector’ are modified. In such cases, deleting the resource will make FLO to recreate the resource in the previous state.
