About this release¶
This release includes improvements to user experience and system resilience:
- Disaster recovery: Simplified user workflows make it easier to recover from system failures.
- Default user credentials: A new optional feature has been added that allows administrators deploy F5 Insight using either cloud-init or a simplified default user with a random password login workflow.
- UI improvements: Various updates to the F5 Insight user interface improve overall usability.

Upgrade Considerations¶
Before you upgrade:
- Take a virtual machine (VM) snapshot before you begin. F5 Insight does not support upgrade rollbacks.
- Downgrades are not supported.
