An enum that specifies at which TCP state the ePVA performs hardware offload.

OFFLOAD_STATE_UNKNOWN

0

Unknown PVA offload state (or unsupported by iControl).

OFFLOAD_STATE_EST

1

The ePVA performs hardware offload at the client ACK when in SYNACK state, when the connection is transitioning towards established.

OFFLOAD_STATE_SYN

2

The ePVA performs hardware offload at the first client SYN. It will also perform the EST time snoop if the previous SYN time snoop fails.
