LocalLB::VirtualServer::add_metadata

Introduced : BIG-IP_v11.2.0
Adds the metadata for the specified virtual servers. For definition of the metadata, refer to the get_metadata method description.

Prototype

 add_metadata(
    in String [] virtual_servers,
    in String [] [] names,
    in String [] [] values
);

Parameters

Parameter Type Description
virtual_servers String [] Names of the virtual servers with which the metadata are to be associated.
names String [] [] Names of the metadata associated with the virtual server.
values String [] [] Values of the metadata associated with the virtual server.

Return Type

Exceptions

Exception Description
Common::AccessDenied Raised if the client credentials are not valid.
Common::InvalidArgument Raised if one of the arguments is invalid.
Common::OperationFailed Raised if an operation error occurs.
