Log::DestinationSplunk::set_forwarding_destination

Introduced : BIG-IP_v11.3.0
Sets the destination that will forward Splunk formatted messages. The destination must be a database, remote HSL, local Syslog, or remote Syslog destination.

Prototype

 set_forwarding_destination(
    in String [] destinations,
    in String [] forwarding_destinations
);

Parameters

Parameter Type Description
destinations String [] A list of Splunk log destinations.
forwarding_destinations String [] The destinations that will deliver the Splunk formatted messages. The types of destinations that may be forwarded to are local Syslog, local database, or Remote High Speed Log. See the get_list command in the respective interfaces for the names of those destinations.

Exception Description
Common::AccessDenied Raised if the client credentials are not valid.
Common::InvalidArgument Raised if one of the arguments is invalid.
Common::OperationFailed Raised if an operation error occurs.
