Management::ApplicationService::set_strict_updates_state¶
Introduced : BIG-IP_v11.0.0
Sets the state to enforce strict-updates checking for the object owned
by the application service. If set, all modifications made directly to
the objects owned by the application will be rejected. All changes
must be made by modifying the application variables and executing the
appropriate application template action.
Parameters¶
Parameter | Type | Description |
apps | String [] | Names of the application services to modify. |
states | EnabledState [] | State to enforce strict-update checking for each specified application service (default: enabled). |
Exceptions¶
Exception | Description |
Common::AccessDenied | Raised if the client credentials are not valid. |
Common::InvalidArgument | Raised if one of the arguments is invalid. |
Common::OperationFailed | Raised if an operation error occurs. |
