ICAP_RESPONSE
       ICAP response processed.

DESCRIPTION
       ICAP response headers have been received but the result has not yet been communicated back to the HTTP adaptation virtual
       server.	The ICAP::status command may be used to obtain the status code.  The encapsulated HTTP request or response has not
       yet been received.

	when ICAP_RESPONSE {
	    ICAP::header remove X-ICAP-my-custom-header
	}
