PSC::imeisv
       Get or set imeisv value.

SYNOPSIS
       PSC::imeisv (IMEISV)?

DESCRIPTION
       The PSC::imeisv command gets the imeisv or sets the imeisv when the
       optional value is given.

       Syntax

       PSC::imeisv

	    * Retrieve the imeisv value.

       PSC::imeisv 

	    * Set the imeisv value.

RETURN VALUE
       Return the imeisv value when no argument is given.
