IVS_ENTRY_REQUEST
       IVS Received Clientside Request.

DESCRIPTION
       The internal virtual server has received a request to process, from the
       parent virtual server (client side).

Examples
	when IVS_ENTRY_REQUEST {
	    # Tell primary virtual the IVS will not handle this request
	    IVS_ENTRY::result noop
	}
