IVS_ENTRY_RESPONSE
       IVS Received Serverside Response.

DESCRIPTION
       The internal virtual server has received a response to process, from
       the parent virtual server (server side).

Examples
	when IVS_ENTRY_RESPONSE {
	    # Tell primary virtual the IVS will not handle this response
	    IVS_ENTRY::result noop
	}
