MQTT_SERVER_DATA
       An iRule event that triggers when an a prior MQTT::collect command
       finishes.

DESCRIPTION
       This iRule event triggers when payload data collection invoked using
       MQTT::collect iRule command finishes. This iRule event is for server-
       side.
