SERVER_CONNECTED
       Triggered when a connection has been established with the target node.

DESCRIPTION
       An iRule event triggered when a connection has been established with
       the target node.

Examples
	when SERVER_CONNECTED {

	    Mapped to [serverside {IP::local_addr}]:[serverside {TCP::local_port}] \
