WS_RESPONSE
       This event is raised when Websockets headers are present in the server
       response.

DESCRIPTION
       This event is raised when the following headers are present in the
       server response - Upgrade: websocket, Connection: Upgrade, Sec-
       Websocket-Accept.

	    WS::enabled false
	}
