DESCRIPTION
       iRules commands and events relating to TCP/IP/UDP/DNS header and
       payload information.

       Associated Events
	   FLOW_INIT
	   CLIENT_DATA
	   Note: DATAGRAM commands currently only work with CLIENT_DATA event
       invoked in context of a virtual server
		 with bigproto (or fastL4) profile.
