DESCRIPTION
       The FIX namespace deals with commands and events for the FIX protocol.

       Associated Events
	   FIX_HEADER - Triggered when the system finishes parsing a new FIX
       header
	   FIX_MESSAGE - Triggered when the system finishes parsing a new FIX
       message.
