TCP::proxybufferlow
       Gets proxy buffer low threshold.

SYNOPSIS
       TCP::proxybufferlow

DESCRIPTION
       Gets the threshold at which the proxy buffer starts sending new data, in bytes.

       Syntax

       TCP::proxybufferlow

RETURN VALUE
       The proxy buffer low threshold.

VALID DURING
       SERVER_INIT, SERVER_CONNECTED, SERVER_DATA
