md4
       Returns the RSA MD4 Message Digest Algorithm message digest of the specified string.

SYNOPSIS
DESCRIPTION
       Returns the RSA Data Security, Inc. MD4 Message Digest Algorithm (md4) message digest of the specified string,
       or if an error occurs, an empty string. Used to ensure data integrity.

RETURN VALUE
       md4 
	   Returns the RSA Data Security, Inc. MD4 Message Digest Algorithm (md4) message digest of the specified
       string, or if an error occurs, an empty string.

EXAMPLES
	when HTTP_REQUEST {
	    binary scan [md4 [HTTP::host]] w1 key
