ADAPT_REQUEST_RESULT
       Request adaptation decision.

DESCRIPTION
       This event is raised for a request adaptation as soon as an adaptation decision has been made by the selected
       internal virtual server (IVS). In the case of an ICAP profile on the IVS, that occurs after receipt of the
       ICAP headers from the ICAP server, but before any encapsulated HTTP headers of body have been received.
