QOE_PARSE_DONE
Deprecated: Triggered when the system finishes parsing the static video parameters from video header part.
DESCRIPTION
Note: This event is deprecated from BIGIP-15.0.0. This event is triggered when the system finishes parsing
the static video parameters from video header part. This event applies to MP4, FLV and their derivatives, but
not to the Apple HLS video (i.e., TS segment and m3u8 file) or other video formats.
This event allows proactive action taken to improve the user video experience. For example, by applying the
"nominal_bitrate" attribute to Bandwidth Controller (BWC), the service provider can ensure a just-in-time
video delivery (i.e., video pacing).
In addition, the service provider can use "width", "height" and "nominal_bitrate" to estimate if the ongoing
video is of high definition (HD) video, medium definition video or low definition video.
