Upgrade SPK from v1.7.12 to v1.7.13

SPK version 1.7.13 contains an updated version of the Cert manager, Rabbitmq, CWC, and F5ingress pod. To successfully move from SPK v1.7.12 to v1.7.13, please follow the steps below.

Important:

  • The Helm Upgrade is not supported. Therefore, the recommended method to upgrade SPK v1.7.12 to v1.7.13 is to uninstall and install the necessary releases.
  • When you uninstall the f5-cert-manager, the leaf certificates and secrets will remain and can still be used until their expiration date without the need for renewal. Upon reinstallation or upgrade of f5-cert-manager in the same namespace, the previous CA secret will automatically be recognized and utilized to generate or renew certificates by default. As it is the same CA, there will be no impact on communications.
Note: The dSSM and Toda versions remain unchanged in both SPK v1.7.12 and v1.7.13, therefore no instructions for upgrading these pods are included.
