Cumulative fix details for SPK v1.7.11 that are included in this release

1677837-1 : TMM data plane interface might stop receiving traffic if it receives oversized packets.

Links to More Info: BT1677837

Component: SPK

Symptoms:
The data plane interface of TMM receives packets that are larger than the Maximum Transmission Size (MTU) set on the Virtual Function (VF) (see the "max_sz" column by running the command "tmctl -d blade -w 250 tmm/ndal_rx_stats"). The configured MTU can be seen through the "tmctl -d blade -w 250 tmm/ndal_dev_status" table.

Conditions:
SPK is deployed with:
- Mellanox CX-5 NIC.
- The MTU configured on the data plane interface is less than the MTU configured on the switch port that is directly connected to the Network Interface Card (NIC).

Impact:
TMM stops processing traffic.

Workaround:
None

Fix:
The DPDK mlx5 driver now correctly handles non-critical error packets, preventing traffic disruption.

Summary of Code Level Changes:
We have integrated a patch submitted by Nvidia to resolve this issue in our DPDK driver. This new patch aligns with the solution provided by Nvidia for the 1.4.x series in the DPDK’s mlx5 driver.
