Security::FirewallPolicy::add_fw_rule_with_rule_list¶
Introduced : BIG-IP_v11.4.0
Adds firewall rules to the specified firewall policies, having each of
those rules point at a rule list. This method is intended as a
convenience to prevent you from having to add firewall rules as a
transaction. See the Security::FirewallRuleList interface for more
information on rule lists.

Parameters¶
Parameter | Type | Description |
policies | String [] | The firewall policies to modify. |
rules | String [] [] | The firewall rules to add to the firewall policies, with one nested list of rules for each firewall policy. A firewall rule may not be named “first” or “last”; see the documentation for FirewallRulePlacement. |
placements | FirewallRulePlacement [] [] | The placement (ordering) information for the firewall rules, with one nested list of rule placements for each firewall policy. See add_fw_rule for a full description of the semantics of this parameter. |
lists | String [] [] | The names of the rule list objects to be pointed at by the rule entries given here. |
states | FirewallRuleState [] [] | The initial enabled state for the firewall rules, with one nested list of states for each virtual server. |
