Returns the SCTP's delayed selective acknowledgement timeout.
SYNOPSIS
SCTP::sack_timeout (clientside | serverside)?
DESCRIPTION
Returns the SCTP's delayed selective acknowledgement timeout. Can specify the value on clientside or
serverside.
