Preview features provide early access to upcoming product innovations, enabling you to test functionality and provide feedback during the development process. However, these features are not fully supported under F5 Technical Support agreement, may not be functionally complete, and are not intended for production use. As F5 continues making future changes of preview features, F5 will attempt to resolve any issues that you may experience when using these preview features.
During the development of a preview feature, additional components may become available for testing. Because preview features are still under development, F5 cannot guarantee the stability of such features. As a result, if you are using preview features, you may not be able to seamlessly upgrade to subsequent releases of that feature. While F5 intends to fully support preview features in future releases, F5 may discover that a feature does not meet the standards for enterprise viability. If this happens, F5 cannot guarantee that preview features will be released in a supported manner. Some preview features may only be available for specific hardware architectures.
F5 Technical Support may create bug reports on behalf of support cases filed by customers, and forward these bug reports to F5 engineering and development, for inclusion in future releases.
